WHC Incorporated Announces Equity Partnership
Planning for future growth in the oil and gas industry, WHC Incorporated announced a transition of ownership to its senior management and its equity partner, Alvarex & Marsal Capital Partners and name change to WHC Energy Services LLC.
The corporate recapitalization was announced Dec. 9 and will provide the foundation for sustainable growth in a growing market. Current WHC management, led by Randy Warner, will continue to provide its customers with excellent construction services, safely and professionally.

“Everyone wins with this new company: customers, suppliers, new partners, former owners, employees, and management. The existing leadership team will remain at the helm and our new equity partners give us enhanced financial strength and strategic advantage,” said Warner. “WHC’s future and the service we provide our customers have never been brighter in the nearly 60 years WHC has been in business. Our ambition is to set the foundation and pace for another 60 years.”
