Timmons Group Adds Right of Way Services
Timmons Group, a Richmond, Virginia-based engineering and technology consulting services company, has added right of way consulting services to its portfolio.
Right of Way servicers provide guidance to entities managing easements for transportation purposes; this can be for a highway, public footpath, rail transport, canal, as well as electrical transmission lines, oil and gas pipelines for traditional and renewable energy sources. Jan Blackwell joins the Timmons Group to lead the new practice. She is a well-known name in Right of Way services with over 35 years of national experience working for companies including Dominion Electric, Shell Pipeline, PG&E (Pacific Gas & Electric) and Fluor Global.
