American Augers DD-155T
The latest midsize horizontal directional drilling rig from American Augers is the DD-155T, which features a low noise design with advanced Quiet Pak technology, 30,000 ft-lbs. of torque and unique drilling angles from 12 to 22 degrees. The DD-155T is well-suited for urban areas because of its deceivingly small footprint: 45 ft long, 8 ft, 1 in. wide and weighing 57,000 lbs.
Made for 20-ft drill pipe, the DD-155T boasts these various options: rod loader, knuckle-boom crane, bolt-on rubber tracks (for sensitive ground conditions) or the choice of a 12- or 20-ft operator’s cabin.

TT Technologies Grundodrill 4X
The compact Grundodrill 4X is designed for residential service, small diameter main installations, last mile operations and gas pipeline applications. The TT Technologies drill offers 9,800 lbs of thrust and pullback, and features a four-auger stake down system to provide additional stability.
Using the compact drill is less intrusive and ideal for areas where larger units are not an option. At just 35.5 in. wide, the Grundodrill 4X can maneuver on a variety of tight jobsites. The unit weighs 4,829 lbs and can be towed with a pickup or work truck.
The Grundodrill 4X features a dual hydrostatic pump system and comes with the exclusive Smart Vice system that performs vice cycling operations automatically.

Vermeer D330x500 Navigator
The D330x500 Navigator features a 540-hp Caterpillar C-15 diesel engine that gives operators a ground-penetrating 50,000 ft-lbs of rotational torque and 330,000 lbs of thrust and pullback. This amount of power allows this Vermeer drill through difficult ground conditions.
All operator functions can be performed from the comfort of the self-contained cabin, eliminating the need to perform some functions remotely, hence helping to increase productivity. Included is an onboard computer diagnostics system containing fault codes for enhancing serviceability and help in troubleshooting problems.
The AutoDrill feature allows operators to present thrust and pullback setting for convenience and enhanced productivity and performance while the self-contained design of the unit allow for easy setup and convenient highway transport.
