Potential shippers will have access to the open season documents upon execution of a confidentiality agreement with the company.

The Platte River Pipeline System will have a design capacity to transport up to 157,000 barrels per day of crude oil from numerous field receipt points in the Denver-Julesburg Basin.

The system will transport crude oil to a central delivery point near Lucerne, Colorado (the Lucerne West Station), for further transportation in interstate commerce on the Grand Mesa Pipeline.
