Platte River Pipeline Open Season Under Way
The binding open season for Platte River Midstream Inc.’s Platte River Pipeline System is under way.
The open season for the new crude oil gathering system began Dec. 18 and will close Jan. 18 at 5 p.m. CST. The gathering system is being constructed in Weld County, Colorado.

Potential shippers will have access to the open season documents upon execution of a confidentiality agreement with the company.
The Platte River Pipeline System will have a design capacity to transport up to 157,000 barrels per day of crude oil from numerous field receipt points in the Denver-Julesburg Basin.
The system will transport crude oil to a central delivery point near Lucerne, Colorado (the Lucerne West Station), for further transportation in interstate commerce on the Grand Mesa Pipeline.
