Pipeline Equipment Rental Companies Announce Merger
Two pipeline equipment rental companies announced their merger on March 11. Pipeline & Utility Rental Equipment LLC (PURE), headquartered in the Jackson, Mississippi, will merge with Perco Equipment Rentals, which is based in Madison, Georgia. Together the companies will operate as PERCO Rentals and will continue to bring innovative solutions to the pipeline and utility construction industries.
PURE was established in 2019 and has quickly grown while broadening its equipment. Perco Equipment Rentals was established in 2018 and expanded its equipment offerings to support a variety of industries including oil and gas construction, utility construction, reclamation and more. With the merger, PERCO Rentals will increase its fleet even more with the addition of other equipment.
David Bourdon, president and CEO of PERCO Rentals, says the merger will position the company to deliver services and solutions across the nation with its strategic locations.
