North American Pipeline Project Roundup: September/October 2022

The North American Pipeline Project Roundup is a monthly feature that documents recent contracts awarded within the energy pipeline construction sector.

Troy Construction has has secured a substantial new West Texas pipeline project that will include the construction of 21 miles of 16-in. pipe. Seven road bores will be implemented as part of the construction process to preserve existing infrastructure. Troy expects to complete the project in November. Approximate start date: Sept. 7.

InfraSource Construction LLC was awarded a contract to replace approximately 1,800 ft of 6-in. pipeline in St. Joseph County, Indiana. Headquarters is South Bend, Indiana. The superintendent is Clark DeGroot. Approximate start date: Sept. 6.

Ellingson Trenchless LLC was awarded a contract to install approximately 2,100 ft of 6-in. pipeline via horizontal directional drilling in Cass County, North Dakota. Headquarters is on the jobsite. The superintendent is Kurt Peterson. Approximate start date: Aug. 23.
