Project Roundup is a monthly feature that summarizes the contracts awarded for pipeline projects in North America. The following oil and gas pipeline projects have been announced. Projects are in order of most recent approximate starting date. All projects are for 2020 unless noted.
InfraSource LLC was awarded a contract by Vectren for 12- and 16-in. pipeline maintenance change outs and station work in Delaware County, Indiana. Headquarters is Muncie, Indiana. The superintendent is Jason Nash. Approximate start date: May 4.
Snelson Companies Inc. was awarded a contract by Consumers Energy for the replace of a 16-in. pipeline valve and approximately 11,800 ft of 16-in. pipeline in Allegan County, Michigan. Headquarters is Hamilton, Michigan. The superintendent is Kevin Hartsell. Approximate start date: April 27.
T.G. Mercer Consulting Services Inc. was awarded a contract by TC Energy for the offloading from rail and racking of approximately 435,576 ft of 36-in. pipe in Butler County, Nebraska. Headquarters is Willow Park, Texas. The superintendent is Larry Rodriguez. Approximate start date: April 20.

Mercer Consulting Services Inc. was awarded a contract by TC Energy for the offloading from rail and racking of approximately 218,00 ft of 36-in. pipe in Madison County, Nebraska; 106,000 ft of 36-in. pipe in Butler County, Nebraska, and 186,000 ft of 36-in. pipe in Saline County, Nebraska. United Piping Inc. was awarded a contract by Enbridge Energy to install traps and associated 2-to 20-in. piping in Phelps County, Nebraska. Headquarters is Holdredge, Nebraska. The superintendent is Jim Mitchell. Approximate start date: April 14.
Snelson Companies Inc. was awarded a contract by Consumers Energy to replace approximately 29 miles of existing 16-in. pipeline with 24-in. pipeline in Oakland and Genesee Counties, Michigan. Headquarters will be Mt. Morris, Michigan. The superintendent is Jeff Sanderson. Approximate start date: April 13.
Beeghly Tree Service LLC was awarded a contract by Otis Eastern Service LLC for the clearing and grubbing of approximately 1,500 ft of pipeline right-of-way in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Headquarters is Delmont, Pennsylvania. The superintendent is Ryan Beeghly. Approximate start date: April 6.
InfraSource LLC was awarded a contract by NIPSCO-Indiana for integrity digs on various size pipelines ranging from 4 to 20 in. in St. Joseph, Elkhart, Kosciusko, Wabash, Fulton and Cass Counties, Indiana. Headquarters is Columbia City, Indiana. The superintendent is Clark DeGroot. Approximate start date: April 6.
Pe Ben USA Inc. was awarded a contract by Apex Pipeline Services Inc. for the hauling to the right-of-way of approximately 22 miles of 20-in. pipe in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Headquarters are Glen Dale, West Virginia and New Martinsville, West Virginia. The superintendents are Adam Minigh and Timmy Gray. Approximate start date: April 6.
Q3 Contracting Inc. was awarded a contract by Xcel Energy for the maintenance of various 2- to 20-in. high pressure pipelines including the removal, replacement or relocation of pipelines, fabrication and installation of valves and regulators, strength tests, pig runs, and verification digs throughout various counties in Minnesota. Headquarters is Little Canada, Minnesota. The superintendent is Andrew Jeske. Approximate stating date is April 6.
T.G. Mercer Consulting Services Inc. was awarded a contract by TC Energy for pipe yard construction and rail spur improvements in Jones and Haakon Counties, South Dakota. Headquarters is Philip, South Dakota. The superintendent is Michael Magee. Approximate start date: April 2.
U.S. Pipeline Inc. was awarded a contract by Williams-Transco for various anomaly digs on 20- and 36-in. pipelines in Gloucester and Camden Counties in New Jersey. Headquarters is on the job site. The superintendents are Richard Hill and Gary Seidel. Approximate start date: April 2.
T.G. Mercer Consulting Services Inc. was awarded a contract by TC Energy for pipe yard construction and rail spur improvements in Butler and Jefferson Counties, Nebraska. Headquarters is David City, Nebraska. The superintendent is Michael Magee. Approximate start date: April 1.
Hoover Construction Co. was awarded a contract by U.S. Pipeline Inc. for drilling and blasting on approximately 19 miles of 36-in. pipeline right-of-way in Jackson, Gallia and Lawrence Counties, Ohio. Headquarters is Jackson, Ohio. The superintendent is Tom Froehlingsdorf. Approximate start date: April TBD (announced March 30).

The Hillis Group LLC was awarded a contract by Williams Transco restoration and anomaly dig work on a 42-in. pipeline in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. Headquarters is Jonestown, Pennsylvania. The superintendent is Brett Ehasz. Approximate start date: March 30.
InterCon Construction Inc. was awarded a contract by Northern Natural for 29 casing remediation digs in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Headquarters is Waunakee, Wisconsin. The superintendent is Delbert Browning. Approximate start date: March 30.

InterCon Construction Inc. was awarded a contract by Snelson Companies Inc. to install approximately 5,575 ft of 20-in. pipeline and approximately 1,811 ft of 12-in. pipeline via horizontal directional drilling in Davidson County, Tennessee.
