North American Pipeline Project Roundup: March/April 2022
Project Roundup is a monthly feature that summarizes the contracts awarded for pipeline projects in North America. The following pipeline contracts have been announced and appeared in the March/April issue of North American Energy Pipelines. Projects are in order of most recent approximate starting date. All listings are for 2022 unless noted.
Aaron Enterprises Inc. was awarded a contract to install approximately 7,700 ft of 12-in. pipeline in Davidson County, Tennessee. Headquarters is Nashville, Tennessee. The superintendent is Randy Bunch. Approximate start date: March 15.
Otis Eastern Service LLC was awarded a contract to install a prefabricated pig trap and associated piping and concrete supports in Warren County, Pennsylvania. Headquarters is Warren, Pennsylvania. The superintendent is Brad Joyce. Approximate start date: March 14.
U.S. Pipeline Inc. was awarded a contract to install a cathodic protection system along a pipeline right-of-way in Pendleton County, West Virginia. Headquarters is Seneca Rocks, West Virginia. The superintendent is Thad Hutchens. Approximate start date: March 14.
United Piping Inc. was awarded a contract for 16- and 20-in. pipeline DEHY isolation/Bypass and station modifications in Allegan County, Michigan. Headquarters is Hamilton, Michigan. The superintendent is Robert Humphrey. Approximate start date: March 9.
Henkels & McCoy Inc. was awarded a contract to install one skid-mounted launcher, install approximately 1,000 ft of 20-in. pipeline including two conventional bores of 291 ft and 157 ft, install approximately 725 ft of 20-in. pipeline including a 120-ft conventional bore, install 146 ft of 4-in. pipeline via conventional bore, and install approximately 350 ft of 20-in. pipeline using lift and lay method along the existing pipeline with associated fabrication and tie-ins to retrofit for pigging in Campbell County, Kentucky. Headquarters is Highland Heights, Kentucky. The superintendent is Andrew Durkin. Approximate start date: March 8.
Beeghly Tree LLC was awarded a contract for clearing and grubbing on approximately 4 miles of 12-in. pipeline right-of-way in Davidson County, Tennessee. Headquarters is Nashville, Tennessee. Approximate start date: March 7.
The HDD Co. was awarded a contract to install approximately 2,000 ft of 30-in. pipeline in Skagit County, Washington. Headquarters is on the jobsite. The superintendent is Jeremy King. Approximate start date: March 7.
InfraSource Construction LLC was awarded a contract to install approximately 6,224 ft of 16-in. pipeline, one 4-in. stopple and one TDW spherical tee in Hampden County, Massachusetts. Headquarters is West Springfield, Massachusetts. The superintendent is Jason Nash. Approximate start date: March 7.

Penn Line Service Inc. was awarded a contract for restoration work on approximately 3 miles of 20-in. pipeline right-of-way in Tyler County, West Virginia. Headquarters is on the jobsite. The superintendent is Jim Pratt. Approximate start date: March 7.
Right-of-Way Clearing and Maintenance Inc. was awarded a contract for the felling of trees on approximately 1.75 miles of 20-in. pipeline right-of-way in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Headquarters is Oakdale, Pennsylvania. The superintendent is John Laws. Approximate start date: March 7.
B&N Clearing and Environmental was awarded a contract for clearing on approximately 14.18 miles of 24-in. pipeline right-of-way in Stephenson County, Illinois. Headquarters is Freeport, Illinois. The superintendent is Kevin Newcomb. Approximate start date: March 1.
Dun Transportation & Stringing Inc. was awarded a contract for the loading, hauling and stockpiling of approximately 14.5 miles of 24-in. pipe in Red River Parish, Louisiana. Headquarters is Coushatta, Louisiana. The superintendent is Greg Norman. Approximate start date: March 1.
Pe Ben USA Inc. was awarded a contract for the stringing of approximately 134 miles of 42-in. pipe in Calcasieu, Beauregard, Vernon, Sabine, and DeSoto Parishes, Louisiana. Headquarters are Anacoco, Alexandria and Baker, Louisiana. The superintendent is Toby Prawl. Approximate start date: March 1.
Henkels & McCoy Inc. was awarded a contract for an anomaly dig in Richmond County, New York. Headquarters is Lambertville, New Jersey. The superintendent is James Langston. Approximate start date: Feb. 24.
Henkels & McCoy Inc. was awarded a contract for six anomaly digs in Berks County, Pennsylvania, nine anomaly digs in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, two anomaly digs in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, seven anomaly digs in Hartford, Tolland and Windham counties, Connecticut, and four anomaly digs in Westchester and Putnam counties, New York. Headquarters is Lambertville, New Jersey. The superintendent is James Langston. Approximate start date: Feb. 24.
Minnesota Limited LLC was awarded a contract for the removal of environmental controls along approximately 46 miles of pipeline right-of-way in Walworth, Racine and Kenosha counties, Wisconsin. Headquarters is Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin. The superintendent is Jim Setterman. Approximate start date: Feb. 23.
Minnesota Limited LLC was awarded a contract for slip repair in Hancock County, West Virginia. Headquarters is Chester, West Virginia. The superintendent is Dustin Adams. Approximate start date: Feb. 21.
Northern Clearing Inc. was awarded a contract for the clearing of approximately 10.5 miles of 10-in. pipeline right-of-way in Franklin and St. Louis counties, Missouri. Headquarters is to be determined. The superintendent is Colten Vernon. Approximate start date: Feb. 21.
Price Gregory International Inc. was awarded a contract for the abandonment of approximately 14 miles of 22-in. pipeline in Stephenson County, Illinois. Headquarters is Freeport, Illinois. The superintendent is Russell York. Approximate start date: Feb. 15.
Dun Transportation & Stringing Inc. was awarded a contract for the loading, hauling and stringing of approximately 10.8 miles of 12-in. pipe in Ward County, Texas. Headquarters is Pyote, Texas. The superintendent is Johnny Denton. Approximate start date: Feb. 14.
Henkels & McCoy Inc. was awarded a contract for soil inspection on an unknown size pipeline in Morris County, New Jersey. Headquarters is Mahwah, New Jersey. The superintendent is James Langston. Approximate start date: Feb. 14.
InterCon Construction Inc. was awarded a contract for integrity digs and to install sleeving on an 8-in. pipeline in Cook County, Illinois. Headquarters is Arlington Heights, Illinois. The superintendent is Carl Bubolz. Approximate start date: Feb. 14.
Right-of-Way Clearing & Maintenance Inc. was awarded a contract for clearing on approximately 8,158 ft of pipeline right-of-way in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. Headquarters is Monaca, Pennsylvania. The superintendent is John Laws. Approximate start date: Feb. 7.
