North American Pipeline Project Roundup for August

The following oil and gas pipeline projects have been announced projects are in order of most recent
approximate starting date. All projects are for 2016 unless noted.

Pe Ben USA Inc. was awarded contracts by Precision Pipeline LLC for the following: 1) the loading, hauling and stringing of approximately 95 miles of 30-in. pipeline in Jasper, Polk, Story, Boone and Webster counties, Iowa. Headquarters is Kellogg, Iowa. The superintendent is Cory Strandlien; and 2) the loading, hauling and stringing of approximately 64 miles of 30-in. pipeline in Calhoun, Sac, Buena Vista and Cherokee counties, Iowa and approximately 10 miles of 30-in. pipeline in Lincoln County, South Dakota. Headquarters is Kellogg, Iowa and Worthing, South Dakota, The superintendent is Chane Keeling. Approximate start date:
1) July 26 and 2) Aug. 15.

InfraSource LLC was awarded a contract by Cascade Natural Gas for installation of approximately 13,000 ft of 6-in. pipeline in Benton County, Washington. Headquarters is Kennewick, Washington. The superintendent is Gunner Anderson. Approximate start date: Aug. 1.

Snelson Cos. Inc. was awarded a contract by Southern California Gas Co. to replace approximately 5,200 ft of 24-in. pipeline in Los Angeles County, California. Headquarters is Los Angeles, California. The superintendent is David “Home Dale” Wix. Approximate start date: Aug. 1.

Pipeline Services LLC was awarded a contract by Precision Pipeline LLC for buoyancy control on approximately 158 miles of 30-in. pipeline in Jasper, Polk, Story, Boone, Webster, Calhoun, Buena Vista and Cherokee counties, Iowa. Headquarters are on the jobsites. The superintendent is to be determined. Approximate start date: July 27.

InfraSource LLC was awarded a contract by Ameren Illinois for installation of approximately 100 ft of 16-in. pipeline in St. Clair County, Illinois. Headquarters is Litchfield, Illinois. The superintendent is Clark DeGroot. Approximate start date: July 25.

InfraSource LLC was awarded a contract by Puget Sound Energy for installation of approximately 850 ft of 16-in. pipeline and approximately 850 ft of 12-in. pipeline in Pierce County, Washington. Headquarters is Lakewood, Washington. The superintendent is Gunner Anderson. Approximate start date: July 25.

InterCon Construction Inc. was awarded contracts by EQT for the following: 1) to install approximately 7,500 ft of 20-in. pipeline via horizontal directional drilling in Armstrong and Indiana counties, Pennsylvania; and 2) to install approximately 1,500 ft of 16-in. pipeline via horizontal directional drilling in Doddridge County, West Virginia. Headquarters are on the jobsites. The superintendent for both jobs is Dan Greiman. Approximate start date: unknown (announced July 25).

J Koski Co. was awarded a contract by Enbridge and Michels Corp. for integrity spot repair of a 36-in. pipeline in all Upper Peninsula counties, Michigan. The superintendent is Chris Gmahl. Approximate start date:
July 25.

Penn Line Services Inc. was awarded a contract by Rockford Corp. for hydro-seeding on approximately 7,800 ft of 24-in. pipeline right of way in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. Headquarters is on the jobsite. The superintendent is Jim Pratt. Approximate start date: July 25.

Rodenberg Diversified LLC was awarded a contract by Southern Star to replace approximately 10,000 ft of 20-in. pipeline in Noble County, Oklahoma. Headquarters is Perry, Oklahoma. The superintendent is Rodney Jacobs. Approximate start date: July 25.

Snelson Cos. Inc. was awarded a contract by Pacific Gas & Electric for installation of approximately 5 ft of 12” fitting and cap in Solano County, California. Headquarters is to be determined. The superintendent is Jake Fagan. Approximate start date: July 25.

The Napp-Grecco Co. was awarded a contract by Delaware Pipeline Co. to tie-in a 16-in. pipeline to a 10-in. pipeline in New Castle County, Delaware. Headquarters is Wilmington, Delaware. The superintendent is Mike Joyce. Approximate start date: July 20.

Snelson Cos. Inc. was awarded a contract by Williams Northwest Pipeline to install a 24” launcher and 20” block valve in Benton County, Washington; a 6” receiver in Walla Walla County, Washington, and a 6” launcher, 6” block valve, 24” receiver and 20” valve in Umatilla County, Oregon. Headquarters is to be determined. The superintendent is Donnie Adkerson. Approximate start date: July 19.

Apex Pipeline Services Inc. was awarded contracts by Columbia Gas for the following: 1) the installation of approximately 6,000 ft of 20-in. pipeline in Tucker County, West Virginia. Headquarters is Davis, West Virginia. The superintendent is Dana Keaton; and 2) the installation of approximately 450 ft of 24-in. pipeline in Page County, Virginia. Headquarters is Grove Hill, Virginia. The superintendent is Keith McKown. Approximate start date: 1) July 25 and 2) July 18.

Penn Line Service Inc. was awarded a contract by Price Gregory International Inc. for the hydro-seeding on approximately 28 miles of 24” and 36-in. pipeline right of way in Washington County, Pennsylvania. Headquarters is on the jobsite. The superintendent is Jim Pratt. Approximate start date: July 18.

Schmid Pipeline Construction Inc. was awarded a contract by Northern Natural Gas Co. for station maintenance work in O’Brien County, Iowa. Headquarters is Paullina, Iowa. The superintendent is Michael Lenz. Approximate start date: July 18.

Snelson Cos. Inc. was awarded a contract by Southern California Gas Co. to install approximately 1,900 ft of 16-in. pipeline including 200 ft of jacks and bores in Kings County, California. Headquarters is to be determined. The superintendent is Lou McMullen. Approximate start date: July 18.

Northern Clearing Inc. was awarded a contract by Precision Pipeline LLC for the clearing of approximately 157 miles of 30-in. pipeline right of way in Cherokee, Buena Vista, Sac, Calhoun, Webster, Boone, Story, Polk and Jasper counties, Iowa. Headquarters is to be determined. The superintendent is Jim Junker, Sr. Approximate start date: July 13.

Snelson Cos. Inc. was awarded a contract by Pacific Gas & Electric for hydrostatic testing of approximately 11 miles of 8-in. pipeline in Madera and Merced counties, California. Headquarters is to be determined. The superintendent is Marv LaRue. Approximate start date: July 12.

Henkels & McCoy Inc. was awarded a contract by Spectra Energy for various anomaly digs across the state of Pennsylvania. Headquarters are on the jobsites. The superintendent is Richard Imes. Approximate start date:
July 11.

The Hillis Group LLC was awarded a contract by Price Gregory International Inc. for the restoration of approximately 10 miles of 24-in. pipeline right-of-way in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. Headquarters is Canton, Pennsylvania. The superintendent is Larry Lee. Approximate start date: July 11.

The Hillis Group LLC was awarded a contract by Williams for the recoating of approximately 5,700 ft of 24-in. pipeline in Columbia County, Pennsylvania. Headquarters is Benton, Pennsylvania. The superintendent is Larry Lee. Approximate start date: July 11.

Rodenburg Diversified LLC was awarded a contract by Panhandle to take-up and replace approximately 340 ft of 30-in. pipeline and approximately 387 ft of 24-in. pipeline in Woods County, Oklahoma. Headquarters is Alva, Oklahoma. The superintendent is Darren Winter. Approximate start date: July 11.

Snelson Cos. Inc. was awarded a contract by Pacific Gas & Electric for valve automation upgrade in San Joaquin County, California. Headquarters is to be determined. The superintendent is Jeff Gregory. Approximate start date: July 11.

Supreme Industries was awarded a contract by Price Gregory International Inc. for clearing, grubbing and matting of approximately 34 miles of 20” and 6-in. pipeline right-of-way in Lycoming, Montour, Union and Snyder counties, Pennsylvania. Headquarters is Danville, Pennsylvania. The superintendent is Matthew Opel. Approximate start date: July 11.

Appalachian Pipeline Contractors, LLP was awarded a contract by North Western Energy Gas Transmission and Storage to replace approximately 12,300 ft of 12-in. pipeline in Gallatin County, Montana. Headquarters is Belgrade, Montana. The superintendent is Anthony Campbell. Approximate start date: July 6.

Pe Ben USA Inc. was awarded a contract by Price Gregory International Inc. for hauling, offloading and stockpiling of approximately 5.25 miles of 48-in. pipe in Chilton and Coosa counties, Alabama and approximately 16.75 miles of 42-in. pipeline in Bay County, Florida. Headquarters are Billingsley and Kellyton, Alabama and Panama City, Florida. The superintendents are Donnie Gragert and Larry Tate. Approximate start date: July 6.
Welded Construction, L.P. was awarded a contract by Consumers Energy Co. for the two 22-in. pipeline replacement road bores in Gratiot County, Michigan. Headquarters is St. Louis, Michigan. The superintendent is Jeff Sanderson. Approximate start date: July 6.

Price Gregory International Inc. was awarded a contract by UGI Energy Services Inc. to install approximately 34.4 miles of 20-in. pipeline and approximately 18 miles of 6-in. pipeline in Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Union and Snyder counties, Pennsylvania. Headquarters is Watsontown, Pennsylvania. The superintendent is Jack Burch. Approximate start date: unknown (announced July 4).
