The following oil and gas pipeline projects have been announced. Projects are in order of most recent approximate starting date. All projects are for 2014 unless noted.
Abercrombie Pipeline Services LLC was awarded a contract by Barnard Pipeline Inc. for the replacement of approximately 4.08 miles of 16-in. pipeline in Placer County, Calif. Headquarters is Woodland, Calif. The superintendent is Jeff Elliott. Approximate start date: April 21.
Snelson Companies Inc. was awarded a contract by Southwest Gas for the installation of approximately 2 miles of 8-in. and 6-in. pipeline in Placer County, Calif. Headquarters is Homewood, Calif. The superintendent is David Walker. Approximate start date: April 21.
Nomad Pipeline Services LLC was awarded a contract by Strike Construction for 30- and 42-in. auger bores in Port Arthur, Texas, for a Sunoco project. The superintendent is Billy Edwards. Approximate start date: April 17.
Henkels & McCoy Inc. was awarded a contract by Spectra Energy for a road bore consisting of approximately 320 ft of 24-in. pipeline in Centre County, Pa. Headquarters is Perkiomenville, Pa. The superintendent is Jeff Adams. Approximate start date: April 14.
R.L. Coolsaet Construction Co. was awarded a contract by Consumers Energy for the modification of piping for a storage field filter separator in Clare County, Mich. Headquarters is unknown. The superintendent is Randy Recker. Approximate start date: April 14.

InfraSource LLC was awarded a contract by Montana-Dakota Utilities for the hydrotesting of approximately 25 miles of 10-in. pipeline and miscellaneous fabrication work in Morton County, N.D. Headquarters is Mandan, N.D. The superintendent is Chris Powell. Approximate start date: April 8.
Gabe’s Construction Co. Inc. was awarded a contract by Midwestern Contractors for the installation of approximately 350 ft of 10-in. pipeline via horizontal directional drilling in Grundy County, Ill. Headquarters is on the jobsite. The superintendent is Steve Huibregtse. Approximate start date: April 7.
InfraSource LLC was awarded a contract by Ameren for the installation of approximately 320 ft of 4-in. pipeline in Shelby County, Ill. Headquarters is Litchfield, Ill. The superintendent is Quin Affeldt. Approximate start date: April 7.
Michels Corp. was awarded a contract by Pacific Gas & Electric Co. (PG&E) for the installation of approximately 990 ft of 12-in. pipeline via two horizontal directional drills in Merced County, Calif. Headquarters is Santa Nella, Calif. The superintendent is Don Bailey. Approximate start date: April 7.
Price Gregory International Inc. was awarded a contract by PVR Partners for the installation of approximately 5.61 miles of 16-in. and 1.87 miles of 8-in. pipeline in Lycoming County, Pa. Headquarters is Cogan Station, Pa. The superintendent is Jack Burch. Approximate start date: April 7.
R.L. Coolsaet Construction Co. was awarded a contract by Sun Pipeline Co. for the take-up and re-lay of approximately 700 ft of 10-in. pipeline in Summit County, Ohio. Headquarters is unknown. The superintendent is Joe Elliott. Approximate start date: April 7.
Sheehan Pipe Line Construction Co. was awarded a contract by Williams Ohio Valley Midstream for the installation of approximately 21 miles of 24-in. pipeline and associated fabrication in Marshall and Wetzel counties, W.Va. Midwest Underground Inc. was awarded a contract by MidAmerican Energy for replacement work on 2-, 4- and 6-in. pipeline in Rock Island, Iowa and Scott counties, Ill. Headquarters is East Moline, Ill. The superintendent is Kevin Feldman. Approximate start date: April 4.
Rockford Corp. was awarded a contract by Summit Midstream for the installation of approximately 6.6 miles of 20-in. pipeline in Doddridge County, W.Va. Headquarters is Hillsboro, Ore. The superintendent is Kevin Newcomb. Approximate start date: April 3.
Pe Ben USA Inc. was awarded a contract by Williams for the unloading, hauling and stockpiling of approximately 100 miles of 24-in. pipe in Halifax and Mecklenburg counties, Va. Headquarters are South Boston and South Hill, Va. The superintendent is Robert Cooley. Approximate start date: April 2.
Sheehan Pipe Line Construction Co. was awarded a contract by Midwestern Gas Transmission Co. for the installation of approximately 5,800 ft of 30-in. pipeline including one horizontal directional drill and the grouting in place of 5,400 ft of 30-in. pipeline in Will County, Ill. Headquarters is Channahon, Ill. The superintendent is Thelbert Barnes. Approximate start date: April 2.
Minnesota Ltd. LLC was awarded a contract by Enterprise for the installation of sleeves on 8-in. pipelines in Indiana, Jefferson, Clearfield, Elk, Cameron, Clinton, Potter and Tioga counties, Pa.
