Fecon Announces Brandon Flexsenhar as New COO
Lebanon, Ohio-based manufacturer Fecon has hired Brandon Flexsenhar as its chief operating officer (COO), a new position within the company.
Flexsenhar has served in a variety of production and operations positions with companies such as Caterpillar, LB Steel, Fairbanks Morse Engine, Putzmeister, and he most recently served as vice president of operations for KION. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision, Industrial Technology from Purdue University, and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
As COO, Flexsenhar is responsible for the operational effectiveness of the company, and will focus on improving supply chain reliability, lean manufacturing, continuous quality improvement and production footprint optimization. His goal is “to produce best in class products with competitive lead times, and create value through people, process, and technology,” he said.

Established in 1992 near Cincinnati, Fecon manufactures the Bull Hog forestry mulcher. The company also manufactures tracked carriers and tractors, as well as a full range of attachments and other equipment for vegetation management.
