CH2M Expands U.S. Pipeline and Facilities Engineering Team

Global engineering and consulting firm CH2M will expand its U.S. pipeline and facilities engineering capabilities in Houston. The firm also tapped KC Yost to lead this new group, according to an April 28 announcement.

Yost is a 40-year industry veteran who recently joined the CH2M after 18 years at Wood Group Mustang. He is recognized as a pipeline and facilities technical authority and an expert regarding the design and construction of pipelines. A licensed professional engineer in 29 states, he is experienced in program, project and construction management; due diligence and feasibility studies; route selection, piping and facility design; estimating; hydraulic analysis; contract and material specifications; code compliance audits and evaluations; and permit acquisitions. He has worked on a variety of gas and liquid hydrocarbon pipeline projects ranging from 1 mile to more than 1,000 miles throughout the Americas.
